By using our website The Thriving Minds, you signify your consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this site or submit any personal information to us. 

Who We Are 

Thriving Minds Membership Co, LLC and operating at thethrivingminds.com collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you.  

Membership Benefits:

  • Live accountability sessions each week.

  • Access to our community held in Slack. This is for each members use and ongoing support.

  • Module access featuring tools, training and materials to move you forward in the membership.

Eligibility:

This program is designed for individuals aged 18 and above. Certain content may not be suitable for children, and the Company disclaims all liability for use by those under 18.

Payment Terms:

  • Month-to-Month Subscription: Your first payment of $97 is due upon registering, followed by monthly payments of $97 on the same calendar day each month. For example, if you join on April 12, your card will be charged on May 12, June 12, and so forth until you choose to pause or cancel.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in continued monthly charges.

  • A four-day grace period is provided for missed payments, after which your membership and access to content may be terminated.

  • If you pay via debit or credit card, you authorize automatic charges for all fees. You agree that payment information may be shared with third-party payment processors for transaction purposes.

Refund Policy:

Due to the immediate availability of high-quality content and the extensive effort involved in creating the program, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered. Chargebacks or threats of chargebacks are not tolerated, and may result in reporting to credit bureaus.

Cancellation and Termination:

You may cancel your membership by providing at least 48 hours' written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made by completing the online form at www.thethrivingminds.com or by emailing hello@thethrivingminds.com with the following message:

"Please cancel my membership.
I understand that by canceling, I will be removed from any online forum and lose access to all content, but I remain bound by the Terms of Use of the Membership Program.
Signed, [Your Name]."

Upon submitting your cancellation, your membership and access to materials will end on your next billing date. Any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 

This website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 18. The Thriving Minds does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. The Thriving Minds prohibits children under the age of 18 from using all interactive portions of this website, including leaving any comments, filling out forms, or otherwise submitting information. The Thriving Minds will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If The Thriving Minds learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 18, it will delete that information

The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information, business information. You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit this website.   

The Thriving Minds may collect domain information, your numerical IP address, the type of browser you use, which pages you view, and the files you request.  We may also use “cookies” (small files saved on your hard drive by your web browser) to analyze website and advertisement performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits and customize your experience.
